Stephen B. Sacher, CPA, President, has completed scores of mergers, acquisitions and financings. Steve gets the deal done; he is a pro from business valuations to bringing buyers and sellers together, to negotiation, to obtaining financing, and to close.
Alexander J. Hart, CPA, Executive Vice President, is a dealmaker responsible for coordinating the company’s vast network of contacts, and providing solutions for various clients in the public and private sector. Having extensive experience, Alex possesses a database of close contacts allowing him to complete debt and equity financings, acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions for our clients such as joint ventures and strategic alliances.
Robert J. Benowitz, Esq., Legal Counsel, is a seasoned attorney well experienced in the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions and financings. He is involved in all legal documents and in closing the deals.
Charles F. Vigliotti, Vice President, focuses on locating potential target acquisitions or buyers for your business. Charles is the lead person in researching suitable companies for acquisition and assists sellers in targeting buyers for their business. Utilizing Travco’s vast buyer database, he identifies qualified buyers to readily sell our clients’ businesses.
Joanne Iannacchino, Director of Marketing, focuses on reaching out to businesses in the Westchester & Fairfield County areas. Joanne possesses strong abilities to locate desireable businesses and to identify ready buyers. Joanne has close relationships with business owners and can facilitate transactions quickly.
Jacqueline D. Devaux, CPA, Director of Taxation and Due Diligence, is responsible for recommending tax planning strategies in structuring many types of acquisitions and divestitures. Jackie compiles financial summaries for sellers and evaluates targeted acquisitions. Her due diligence studies provide Travco clients with critical information that’s often overlooked by others, while establishing a platform for sound transactions.
